KôR77 Lithium developed its patent-pending heated 24V lithium battery system specifically for pallet shuttle systems—also commonly known as pallet moles—operating inside subzero cold-storage and frozen food distribution facilities.
Unlike conventional lithium batteries that can lose performance or become unable to charge in extreme cold, the KôR77 system uses integrated thermal management to maintain the battery at a controlled internal operating temperature while the pallet shuttle remains in the freezer. This allows warehouse operators to keep automated pallet shuttle systems working continuously without repeatedly removing batteries from the frozen environment simply to warm or charge them.
